From title deed to value. Automatically.

A valuation request runs on a single platform from the moment it arrives to the signed report: title deed and project data are collected automatically, the site survey is carried out, and the report is reviewed and signed.

Automatic Title Deed Data

Reports Are Signed Automatically

01 /

From request to report, one platform.

  1. Request and Document Reading

When a valuation request arrives, automation pulls it in; the attached documents are read, and the draft report begins to take shape from that reading.

  2. Title Deed Query

The title deed record and architectural project are collected automatically from source systems — including public systems such as TAKBİS and TKGM; multi-bank, multi-city queries run in a single table in an auditable way.

  3. Appraiser Assignment and Site Work

Each request is assigned to the best-suited appraiser by a model that considers workload, years of experience, and location. The voice agent books an appointment with the property owner; the appraiser collects documents on site and scans the interior with LiDAR.

  4. Plan Comparison

The site survey is compared with the architectural project through the model; construction that deviates from the project and cut columns are detected and written into the report.

  5. Specification Review and Signature

The report is reviewed against the bank's technical specification; errors are flagged and corrected, and the report is scored. A report that passes review is signed and archived automatically.

  6. Regulator Record

A regulator record is generated from the bank valuation report; a row ready to be filed comes out.

Which work order is in the field, which job a vehicle was logged to, where the crew is — the route record is matched to the work order, and stops are recorded.

Three records of field operations together on an abstract map plane:

  • Work order: job logged to the field
  • Vehicle route: where it went, which job
  • Field crew: staff on the job
  • Route record: matched to the work order
  • Stop record: how long it stopped
