File. Deadline. Decision.
On-Premises Deployment
Document-Bounded Answers
Permission Separation
01 /
From document to decision, on record.
File Structure
Powers of attorney, petitions, notifications, and attachments are gathered in a single file structure; which document belongs to which file is recorded.
Answers From the Document
Questions are asked in free text; the answer is generated from the document in the file, and the document it came from is shown.
Deadline Tracking
Response, objection, and limitation periods are extracted from the document; as a deadline approaches, it is routed to its owner.
Permission Separation
Who can see which file is defined at the record level; a document a user cannot see does not appear in that user's answer either.
Organization Archive
Closed files remain in the same structure; similar files and previously issued opinions are found in the organization's own archive.
Personal Data
Personal data within documents is flagged; the retention period under KVKK is defined at deployment, and destruction runs when the period ends.
