ARCH Dijital Çözümler ve Teknoloji A.Ş. acts as data controller pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Address: Ünalan Mahallesi, Ünalan Caddesi, Dış Kapı: 1, İç Kapı: 01, Üsküdar / İstanbul.

Personal data that may be processed by ARCH: identity (first name, last name), contact (email, phone, company), and technical (IP address, session information). No special categories of personal data are processed.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) responding to contact requests and conducting meeting processes — KVKK Art. 5/2(c), establishment of a contract; (b) fulfilling legal obligations — KVKK Art. 5/2(ç); (c) communication within the scope of legitimate interest — KVKK Art. 5/2(f).

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. infrastructure, and messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our corporate email address via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). Since both providers use servers located abroad, your form data is transferred abroad within the scope of KVKK Article 9; the transfer takes place solely for the purpose of responding to your request and is limited to that purpose.

Contact form data: until the request is resolved + 3 years. Technical logs: 90 days. Records subject to legal obligations: the periods set out in the relevant legislation.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11: to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to learn about domestic and international transfers, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure, to object, to object to a result against you arising from automated processing, and to claim compensation for damages.
